Cookie Policy

This is a translation. The Polish version of this Policy is the legally binding one; in the event of any discrepancy, the Polish text prevails.

1. What this Policy covers

This Policy explains what information we store in your browser when you visit movivatech.pl, why we do it and how you can control it.

Besides cookies, we also use browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage). It works much like cookies, so we treat it the same way and describe it together with them.

2. The rule we follow

We store in your browser only what is necessary for the site to do what you asked it to do. The law does not require your consent for that. Anything beyond this necessary minimum is activated only after you give consent in the banner — and you can withdraw it at any time.

Until you give consent, we do not activate any third-party tools and we do not send any data to them.

3. What exactly we store

All the items below belong to the necessary category and do not require consent.

Name Type Purpose Duration
theme localStorage remembers the light/dark theme you chose, so the page does not flash on each visit until you clear the site data
mvt-loaded sessionStorage remembers that the intro screen has already been shown, so it is not shown again until you close the browser tab
cc_cookie cookie remembers your consent decision, so we do not ask again on every visit up to 6 months

We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to display advertising.

On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept categories other than the necessary ones, or keep only the necessary ones. Refusing is just as easy as accepting — both buttons carry equal weight.

You can change your decision at any time: by opening the settings in the banner or by clearing the site data in your browser. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of what happened beforehand.

5. Browser settings

Regardless of our banner, you can manage cookies in your browser settings — block them, delete them, or ask to be prompted each time. Blocking necessary items may stop parts of the site from working properly.

6. More information

The rules on processing personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
